  • Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and team members
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and patient-centered approach
  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and continuing education initiatives
  • Contribute to a supportive and collaborative clinic culture
