Melinda Turner, DPT
Melinda first came to Peak Orthopedic Physical Therapy as a patient and quickly realized that it was an amazing company with people that truly cared about their patients and the profession. In 2008, after deciding that physical therapy was something she was passionate about pursuing, she began working at Peak Orthopedic as a physical therapy aide. Along the way she became a certified strength and conditioning specialist and earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science from California State University Long Beach. She then went on to graduate from the Cerritos Community College PTA program and began working as a Physical Therapy Assistant while simultaneously working towards her Doctorate. In late 2020, she graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and ushered in the New Year as a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy.
