Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and team members
- Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain a professional, positive, and patient-centered approach
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and continuing education initiatives
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative clinic culture
