After having 2 injections for 2 herniated discs and chronic severe back pain for 2 years, I came here ready to work, listen, and improve my pain levels. My back pain radiated from top to bottom of my body. Some weeks the pain was so bad that my issues were hard to resolve. Sarah listened to every new issue I had and gave me new exercises every time I came in. Along with Mike, Sarah was 150% adaptable and accommodating. Sarah and Mike were empathetic and dedicated to improving my various back and body issues. I expect to back to 90% in 6 months and play sports. None of that would be possible without Mike and Sarah.
