A week before my physical training test, I hurt my back and couldn’t stand up at all. Michael, Miki, and Sarah not only got my back on my feet – they got me running again! They also helped identify what muscle groups I had been neglecting that caused a herniated disc in my back to ensure I could mitigate future pain.

I had right shoulder surgery for a labrum tear and rotator cuff bursitis. My range of motion was very limited and it was painful to move. I came to Peak Ortho PT and Dina and Koa knew exactly where I was and began treatment. At the end of my treatment, I am at 98% range of motion and the pain is gone.

I injured my shoulder last summer and had rotator cuff repair surgery. At first, there were so many things I could not do easily, like tying my shoes and pulling on my socks. Let alone lifting my arm to drive or put a dish on a shelf. The staff here has helped me to regain my full range of motion as well as restore normal strength to my shoulder.

When I arrived at Peak PT, I was hobbling in a tall walking boot to stabilize my right achilles tendon. My achilles felt shredded. The injury had evolved after an ankle sprain. Thankfully, Jamie and Eric mapped out a program that involved the manipulation of a wide range of exercises, and of course homework. With their expert supervision, I am pleased to have my life back and will continue my workouts at home and in nature.

Before I came to Peak Orthopedic, I didn’t think I could do anything to improve my balance and stop my knee from hurting, I thought all this was a part of the aging process. Now I am so confident on stairs and jumping out of our new Bronco. I actually came out more athletic and can throw and catch a ball jumping on one foot!

My orthopedic surgeon suggested I try PT at Peak Orthopedic for my partial meniscus tear to see if I would be able to avoid surgery. Thanks to Sam and Lori I had a very structured set of exercises to strengthen my leg muscles around my injured knee. When I completed my program, I was able to walk without a knee brace. I also could go up and down stairs pain-free. Now I have an exercise program that will help me to remain pain-free.

When I started treatment, I was not really doing well physically and mentally because of the second surgery. Mike helped me get through this difficult time because of his strength, friendliness, knowledge, understanding of cultural diversity, and openness. I can tell based on how he interacts with others that he has respect for patients and I felt that from the treatment. When I had questions, he answered with his knowledge and experience confidently. That was very helpful and comforting.

I came in to regain mobility after being immobilized for 6 weeks due to a knee cap dislocation. I was not able to bend my knee to more than 90 degrees. My experience was wonderful. I worked mostly with Priya but also with others. Everyone was great and they were helping me to achieve my goals. This was not my first experience with PT but by far the best. I highly recommend Peak Orthopedic. The friendly and supportive environment is ideal for healing.

From start to finish, my experience at Peak Orthopedic was excellent. My confidence in the team began from the first day with a very cordial office manager, Christine, to the PT sessions with Kris and Koa. After my knee surgery to repair a meniscus tear, my pain level was a 9. Both Kris and Koa’s game plan for my full recovery really worked! I am thrilled to say that my pain level is now “0” and I have Peak to thank for this amazing recovery!
