After having 2 injections for 2 herniated discs and chronic severe back pain for 2 years, I came here ready to work, listen, and improve my pain levels. My back pain radiated from top to bottom of my body. Some weeks the pain was so bad that my issues were hard to resolve. Sarah listened to every new issue I had and gave me new exercises every time I came in. Along with Mike, Sarah was 150% adaptable and accommodating.

In a few words, all I can say is that this team is awesome…absolutely the best! Came in not knowing what to expect and was in severe pain. Now I am feeling relief and in a much better place, with exercise tools to use at home. Really made me feel more like family than a patient. Thanks to everyone for all your help. Especially Dina and Koa for your support, conversations, and help. If I ever need PT again, I’ll know exactly where to come back.

Prior to coming to Peak Orthopedic, I suffered a dislocated knee cap, basically “golfer’s knee”, exacerbated from years of running and gait imbalance that resulted in deteriorating knee cartilage. As a result, it was painful to walk up and down stairs or run. Kris, Priya and the Peak Orthopedic team quickly diagnosed my gait and imbalance issues and put me on a regimen of stretching and strength exercises that dramatically improved my condition. Thanks to Peak Orthopedic, I am now pain-free and can resume most of my previous activities. Thank you Peak Orthopedic!

I couldn’t sleep on my left side, reach into a cabinet or put my arm around those I love. After 6 weeks with the Peak team, I can do all the above and more without discomfort. The deep tissue massages and exercises did the trick. The team is professional while personable, knowledgeable and flexible. It’s been a pleasure!

My P.T. experience with Jamie has been wonderful! I came for specific exercises for osteoporosis. Jamie was very knowledgeable about the appropriate exercises, as well as those that could be harmful. Jamie was also helpful in making sure I used the correct form in all of the exercises that she gave me and explained why the correct form is important. She is such an excellent Physical Therapist and a pleasure to work with. I’ll be back anytime I have any problems in the future!

I came in fresh off the biggest accident and surgery of my life up to this point. I had trouble with basic daily life and could not even walk properly. During extremely uncertain times, the COVID-19 pandemic, the PTs and all staff at Peak Ortho work with me to rehabilitate my leg. I was pushed safely along the long road to recovery and am so extremely thankful for their help. I even got the pleasure of having a send-off jog for my last PT session. I’ll be grateful for everyone’s help for the rest of my life.

Striking pain shooting straight down my right hip was not in my 2021 vision. However, Jamie’s tact, compassion and intentional care made this unexpected detriment a resoundingly positive journey. Dr. Jamie is an incredible professional, but more importantly, an exceptional person. This made the Peak Team unforgettable, in the best way. My gratitude is extended from the front desk to the rehabilitation specialists, especially Sam. I am grateful.

After tearing my right hip labrum (posterior and anterior), it became painful to sit, hike, walk and stand for long periods of time. I needed to take a break from rock climbing, hiking and roller skating. After 6 weeks of PT, I have been able to sit, stand, dance and roller skate. The exercises that I have adapted into my daily routine have almost completely reduced my pain. I look forward to continuing these exercises, re-gaining my strength and enjoying my physical activities pain-free!
