My orthopedic surgeon suggested I try PT at Peak Orthopedic for my partial meniscus tear to see if I would be able to avoid surgery. Thanks to Sam and Lori I had a very structured set of exercises to strengthen my leg muscles around my injured knee. When I completed my program, I was able to walk without a knee brace. I also could go up and down stairs pain-free. Now I have an exercise program that will help me to remain pain-free. I highly recommend Peak to those who are in need of help to stay well and move with less pain.
